It’s called PQ or Positive Intelligence Quotient
6-Weeks to Improved Mental Fitness
We know we must exercise our bodies to achieve physical fitness but what about our mental health and mental fitness? Through this unique and proven program, you get to build a strong foundation of mental fitness by strengthening 3 critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self and self-talk) to your inner Sage (your positive self) – the one who you now get to put in the driver’s seat of your life!
Week 1:
Self-Command Muscle
Through a breakthrough process called PQ® Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ® Rep only takes between 10 seconds and 2 minutes and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ® Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain. Yes, it really does work!
Week 2-3:
Saboteur Interceptor Muscle
You learn to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack
your thoughts, feelings and actions. You learn to expose the limiting beliefs, lies and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you. Get you hand off the hot stove!
Week 4-6:
Sage Muscle
You learn and practice the Sage Perspective that shows how every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity.
And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of:

Lifelong Applications
Positive Intelligence is an operating system with many applications. In the first six weeks you develop your 3 core mental muscles. In subsequent weeks, modules in the app then enable you to use those muscles for a variety of work and life applications – many of which are shown below. You continue to grow and feel more ease and less stress and anxiety. The program is 6 weeks but the free app is available for a year!

Emotional Intelligence: Develop 17 of 18 EQ (emotional intelligence quotient – different from IQ) competencies by simply weakening your Saboteurs and strengthening your Self-Command Powers and 5 Sage Powers
