Hot Stone Massage

uses warm, aromatic stones placed gently on certain points of the body to promote relaxation and a tranquil state. These stones are also used to warm and massage the belly of any muscle, allowing for a gentle release of tight, tense muscle fibers.

This manual therapy uses specialized techniques designed to correct pain and movement dysfunction by treating trigger points, muscle adhesions and connective tissue patterns. Problems needing ongoing neuromuscular therapy include those caused by a trauma to the body, repetitive movements or even bad posture.
